Cancellation Policy

Cancellatio Policy for the Activities 1. More than 48h before the activity: - Full refund will be provided for cancellation made more than 48h prior to the scheduled activity. 2. Between 48h and 24h before the activity: - A cancellation fee of 10% of the activity cost will apply for cancellations made within this time frame. 3. Less than 24h before the activity: - No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24h before the activity. The full activity cost will be charged. Note: - Refund will be processed up to 7 business day. - Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
