At Greenwood Loch we want to ensure your stay with us is as care free and safe as possible, and this is at the heart of everything we do.

• All our Holiday Homes are anti-virus fogged and deep cleaned, this ensures that no live virus could remain on any surface as an extra precaution for your peace of mind.

• We also offer a no quibble money back guarantee if we cancel your holiday due to COVID 19 or any other reason beyond our control.

• Our staff are receiving ongoing briefings and training on Health & Safety protocols, and we are going above and beyond the recommended Government guidance.

• We have installed hand sanitize dispensers at entrance doors of public spaces and at various points across the park.

• We have an exciting ACTIVITIES programme and all activity equipment will be sanitised between each use and measures have been put in place to keep all our participants as safe and protected as possible.

• We have also reduced our touring site capacity to allow greater spacing between pitches

We have revised our check in and check out process, to maintain social distancing and we have contactless payment, Apple pay, Samsung pay and Google Pay.

We have now installed a new barrier entry system, giving the park added security.
